        At Alcast we are located on approximately 2 acres and have state-of-the-art foundry equipment ready to produce the finest quality castings available. Rotolifts and overhead sand system for high production, electric induction furnaces for metal quality, hundreds of flask sizes for small and large parts. We can cast parts up to 15 ft. in diameter and 6,000 lbs in weight in aluminum and 400 lbs in brass/bronze. Our casting technology consists of the permanent mold, green sand and dry sand molding process. We make our own sand and shell cores in-house to control production. We have been producing prototype and production aluminum, brass and bronze castings at the same location for 52 years and have room to expand. We supply castings to the architectural, automotive, food equipment, special machinery, and aerospace and defense markets.

        We also offer special services such as heat treat, straightening, welding, wheelabrate, dimensional layout, x-ray, certifications, plating, polishing, machining and light assembly. We have a complete pattern shop on the premises to repair or make any tooling and we have rapid prototyping and 3D modeling.
